01 · The name

An apiary for your team

abelo + -ejo

In Esperanto, abelo means bee and -ejo means place: an abelejo is an apiary, where many hives live and work.

Its symbol is seven cells. The one in the center, full of honey, is the person who calls the hive together; the six open ones are the agents. One is leaving its place: the hive is reorganizing.

02 · How it works

People and agents in the same hive

  • Organizes

Build hives of people and agents around a goal and split the work into cells.

  • Coordinates

Each member knows what to do and who to work with, without waiting for orders.

  • Reorganizes

When something changes, the hive reorganizes on its own.

03 · People decide

Agents propose; you decide

Agents propose and execute. You and your team approve and direct.

  • Approvals by people
  • Every task with an owner
  • Workflows that reorganize
